RETURN POLICY
OSKIN Beauty will fully refund (credit voucher) or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.
If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) can be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned within 7 days from the original receipt of goods.
- Proof of purchase / order information must be included in the return.
How You Can Return an Item
- Take a clear picture of the item(s) that are damaged or faulty and need to be returned.
- Email us at oskinbeauty01@gmail.com to request a return, attaching pictures of the product.
- Clearly mention the reason for returning/exchanging the item and include your order number and product name in the email.
- Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact to:
OSKIN Beauty – Returns Department
- Once we receive the returned product, we will issue you a coupon/voucher equal to the value of the returned item.
- Please note: You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible! Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so early notification is essential.
- Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not.
- Usually, items are shipped within one business day, so please notify us immediately if you want to cancel.
